PRE-PRESS

Using the latest industry software, our pre-press studio are able to prepare your files ready for print from a wide range of formats. Our experienced technicians offer support and training to our customers.

PRINTING

Whether it be a short or long run, we have your print needs covered. Our suite of Heidelberg presses offer the versatility to provide the ideal manufacturing solution to meet your
product and printing requirements.

FOLDING, STITCHING AND BINDING

Our in-house finishing complements our press configuration and ensures quality and manufacturing performance which is key in meeting those all important print deadlines. The bespoke capability of our machinery enables us to produce many unusual configuration
of folds and finished sizes to exacting deadlines.

DIE-CUTTING, PACKING AND
BESPOKE MAKE UP

We offer a range of finishing services including die making, cutting and creasing, bespoke carton design, encapsulating, page drilling, and pad and folder make up. We also have extensive hand work capabilities that complements wiro and comb binding production.

ENHANCED FINISHING

All enhanced finishing processes are available and these include spot UV varnishing, matt or gloss laminating and foil blocking. We can provide you with the highest quality specialist finishing available to give your print an extra dimension.

PICKING, PACKING AND STORAGE
